After several years apart and living in different cities, Dr. Walden, a gynecologist, and his old college roommate, Dr. Freed, a hypnotist, meet for a quick lunch. During their conversation, they overhear a wealthy couple discussing their struggles with infertility. Seeing an opportunity, the two doctors devise a sinister plan to help couples like them by kidnapping high-IQ male college students and attractive homeless girls. They hypnotize their victims to erase memories of their past lives, use them to produce babies, and then further exploit them as employees for their business. As demand for babies increases, the doctors abduct more individuals to sustain their operation, producing hundreds of babies and generating billions of dollars.
The operation begins to unravel when one of the employees a former abductee-starts to recover fragments of his memory. He escapes with a fellow victim, one of the abducted homeless girls. Now, Dr. Walden and Dr. Freed must track them down before their entire baby factory scheme is exposed to the world.
