Sometimes, the end of your life is just the beginning. When Trevor meets a very unfortunate end, he finds himself deposited down below, a fate that should be no surprise to a truly unlikable man, However, when the Devil himself makes Trevor an offer he cannot refuse, he finds himself a cog in the machinery of Hell's operations with responsibilities he never could have imagined. Will he rise to his new position or will he sink even further down below.... The first novella by writer Aron Smith is a dark comedy not for the faint of heart or weak of stomach. Abandon all hope..... Aron Smith is a writer, poet and presenter living in Aberdeen, Scotland. He is a regular fixture of the local spoken word scene and also the host of Brutha Voodoo's Playlist Obscura, Cruise Control Friday & Geek Grotto on Aberdeen's community radio station ShmuFM. He is also one half of Underscribes, a Prog/Spoken Word music act who's first EP, The Ghost Poet at The Edge of The World was released in 2024.
