Althar è attento soprattutto a come avviene la connessione di una coscienza incarnata alla materia a livello del DNA perché un umano dia per certa in modo assoluto la credenza secondo cui è un corpo. È proprio quella credenza che lo riporta sempre nel sogno della separazione e che quindi rende quasi impossibile esistere di continuo nell'illuminazione mentre è incarnato.
Superare l'identificazione come corpo è un processo molto delicato ed è reso molto più complicato dalla resistenza interiore e da tutta una serie di interferenze che hanno origine nel livello macro e micro della coscienza. Althar ne illumina i dettagli e sensibilizza il lettore verso le sfide che può affrontare nel suo viaggio.
A posteriori, Aouwa spiega come fu connettere la coscienza e la materia per superare lo stallo del Secondo Cerchio della Creazione. Ciò richiese misure estremamente drastiche prese da un gruppo chiamato Uru, un ramo della famiglia di Uriel. Uru accompagna tutti i messaggi come un ospite profondo ed è accompagnato da Ila, la Dea Futura dell'Essità Femminile.
A causa delle misure prese da Uru, si manifestarono effetti collaterali significativi - come le sensazioni di paura che paralizzano, il senso di colpa e la vergogna. Accompagnati da Ila e dalla sua presenza radiante e piena di compassione, Althar e Aouwa preparano il lettore alla grandezza di affrontare sensazioni intense e quindi di esporre ripetutamente la natura illusoria di tutti gli ostacoli.
Dopo aver approfondito ed espanso l'esercizio del corpo di luce che aveva già presentato, Althar consiglia il lettore su come la pratica del non-fare elimini tutte le sensazioni di mancanza. Inoltre introduce un'estensione dell'esercizio che libera con delicatezza la coscienza intrecciata in modo ipnotico nel DNA e dissolve l'identificazione con il corpo.
Come gran finale, Althar discute le conseguenze potenzialmente sconvolgenti del rilascio totale dal credere nella separazione. Ciò porta naturalmente all'Opus Magnum, il Grande Lavoro - la trasformazione interiore del sé umano nell'essità divina, nota anche come ascensione incarnata.
