Ever woken up unable to move or speak? Ever felt someone in the room while you were falling asleep? Ever had that jolt where you jump because you feel like you're falling? - Knocks, footsteps, cold air and noises in the room at night, whose energy is behind them, and why it is not what horror movies taught you
- The night a spirit convinced the teacher he was dead, and the lesson it taught him about trusting what you see out there
It reads the way it was taught: plain words, no mystery-school talk, like a friend explaining things at the kitchen table. At the back there is a study guide with questions for each chapter and lined journal pages for writing down what happens to you, because the memories fade in minutes if you don't.
