Approves, legalizes, confirms Road Improvement Dis trict No. 5, Little River County. 2. Effective after passage. Whereas, the County Court of Little River County, Arkansas, did on the 29th day of October, 1917, in accordance with the provisions of the general law relating to the creation and establishment of road improvement districts, for the improvement and betterment of the roads in said improvement district, by proper order duly made and entered of record, create and establish Road Improvement District No. 5, in said Little River County, and Whereas, said county court, did on the 29th day of October, 1917, appoint John H. Hawkins, L. T. Campbell and S. D. Matteson as commissioners for said Road Improvement District No. 5 of said Little River County, and did on the 11th day of March, 1918, appoint J. W. Hopson, Jr., R. E. Bowles and W. L. Matteson a Board of Assessors for said district, and Whereas, said Board of Commissioners by virtue of said appointment, has adopted plans and specifications, contracted for the purchase of gravel and other material to be used in the improvement of the roads of said district, and done other acts and things toward the construction, building and maintaining said roads in said district, and Whereas, all the orders and acts of the said county court and said Board of Commissioners have been done while Number 338 of the Acts of 1915, approved March 30, 1915, was in full force and effect, now therefore, Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas: Section 1.
