In 715 A.D. a specially trained Viking unit fought and defeated an ancient Vampire like society made up of only women living in Siberia. The women called themselves the Essence A peaceful species living on Earth long before humans and coexisting with a local Siberian tribe for centuries with mutual respect. That is until the foolish mistake of a child created by the Essence queen ignited a bitter hatred that would rip a family apart. The union of a human man and his Essence wife leads to an unspeakable tragedy by those who saw it as an abomination. Doctor Sweetwater is told to find a mysterious hermit living on a mountain in the Canary Islands. A man who can give her the answers to questions like, who were the Essence? What is her connection to them? Why is everyone so afraid of the woman called the Angel And most of all how did the mysterious patient knew that she was part of an ancient secret society of women who practice magic?
