More than a century after R. H. Charles produced the classic English translations of The Book of Enoch and The Book of Jubilees, this groundbreaking edition reunites these two ancient works and connects them directly to the New Testament revealing one continuous story of rebellion, covenant, and redemption through Jesus Christ.
This is not merely another reprint. It is a guided journey through the supernatural worldview of Scripture, showing how the earliest believers understood Genesis, why the apostles referenced Enoch, how Jubilees preserves God's covenantal order, and how every thread ultimately points to Christ.
For centuries, The Book of Enoch and The Book of Jubilees have fascinated scholars, challenged theologians, and sparked endless speculation. Yet these ancient writings were never meant to replace Scripture. Instead, they preserve the supernatural worldview that shaped the biblical authors and the earliest followers of Jesus.
This special edition presents these remarkable works alongside original introductions and a comprehensive New Testament companion that reveal a single, unified story:
- The rebellion of the Watchers and the corruption of creation.
- God's plan to preserve humanity through covenant and law.
- The prophetic expectation of the coming Son of Man.
- The fulfillment of that promise in Jesus Christ, who defeated every rebellious power and reclaimed what had been lost.
Far from promoting myth or speculation, this volume restores the biblical context behind many of Scripture's most mysterious passages, helping modern readers understand why the apostles referenced Enoch, why the supernatural conflict runs throughout the Bible, and how Christ's victory fulfills the story that began long before Bethlehem.
Whether you are encountering these ancient texts for the first time or returning to them with fresh eyes, this edition invites you to rediscover the world of the Bible as its original readers knew it and to see the Gospel's triumph over darkness with renewed clarity.
One rebellion. One promised Redeemer. One story of redemption.
