Silent Longing, is a compilation of poems by its author, which covers
reflections about love, beauty, pain, childhood, failures, desires; and also,
about the complexity of human beings, and the homesickness of fleeting
yesterday, where poetic character reemerges with dear simplicity.
The author wants to reach into the heart of all those who still love their old folks
and that homeland where they were born (or any country were they are from).
Take into account we can no longer go back to those days which have slipped away
from our hands, but perhaps some memories remain dormant in a feverish verse
of this book and you may remember the beauty of that yesterday.
The author wants to invite you to one day return to your beloved folks and embrace
them like he embraces roses with words. The author also wants to return to that
beautiful town, the one he still loves, but in the meanwhile he outlines his walk in a
few short verses.
