In An Alternative to the Current System of American Voting and Politics, Barry Richard Zeeberg takes a fresh look at the way American government works and asks whether the current voting system is still the best option. Barry Richard Zeeberg is a retired research scientist from the National Cancer Institute, where he specialized in computational biology, genomics, and data analysis. Applying the same analytical approach to public policy, he explores ways to strengthen American democracy.
