The illustrations are a wide range of imagery with some recurring and evolving subject matter. There are many different illustrations of bats, pumpkins, made up flowers, creatures, clouds, moons, candles, webs, dimensions, vampires, hearts and more. Every image was hand-drawn onto paper then photographed or scanned. Art created with little planning, usually without references, freehand drawn ideas on various types of paper in various sizes with various sizes and types of pens and markers.
