Successive governments in Nigeria have adopted and implemented different policy agenda as blueprints for development. Some of these policies have been academically interrogated, whereas others such as President Yar'Adua's 7-Point Agenda have not received adequate attention. The study in the present book, therefore, appraised the 7-Point Agenda with a view to examining its implication for peace and security in Nigeria.
