The Adventures of Left-Hand Island is about a group of 5 year old children who are on a mysterious island shaped like a left hand. They are culturally diverse yet are bonded in friendship - you might say:

Book 5 - Pointer Peninsula South, starts at the base of Pointer Peninsula where our young explorers see some unique wildlife normally found in Australia. The first chapter highlights some of the interesting marsupials commonly found there. It looks like a good place to live, except for some clues that start to warn them of a danger. The children encounter some mythological creatures, but the monster they meet in this book is very real and it comes with terrifying life size proportions.
These books are intended to be read to children in those precious bonding years and will also serve to delight early readers. The books are written in an appealing rhyming cadence which makes them as much fun to read as well as to listen.
