It was one of first attempts to analyze the first major colonial war of the post-Soviet
empire realist Russia from the proletarian-revolutionary point of view and extract
from it the political skies lessons, organically related in single system practical

remembers that war...
However, already in this early book by V. Bugera, the foundations of collectivist theory and ideology were already so worked out and presented in such a mature form that even today the author of the ma- lo from what it will refuse. The main difference between the current positions of the author and those presented in this book - in the fact that today Bugera recognizes the proletarian-revolutionary position in time the names of the Second World War are only the defeat of all the belligerents and the transformation of the war into perialist in the civil war, despite the progressive for the middle of the XX century the nature of the neo-Asian socio-economic formation that existed in the USSR. More about all this is stated in the Theses on the new Caucasian war, written by V. Bugera in 1999 and also published in this edition.
Otherwise, the first book of the ideologist of collectivism V. Bugera has retained its relevance and today (with the possible exception of a slightly overestimated assessment of some Trotskyist and semi-Trotskyist organizations as proletarian-revolutionary; today the author is not so one significant in relation to even the best of such organizations). Everything that was written by her auto- rum subsequently, basically supplemented, and did not cancel, what he said in his first book. All practical-political conclusions for today and for the future - as programmatic strategic, as well as tactical, - outlined in this book, the author defends and promotes no And today. These conclusions are ideological installations new proletarian- revolutionary organization, which is today in the process of creation - the Union of Collective st.
