From an early age, Athena Scarfone has held a deep love for Jesus. By age six, she realizes that her grandmother has the gift of spiritual insight, and as she grows, Athena comes to understand that she also possesses this divine gift. Years pass, with Athena always becoming fearful as the date of August 7 approaches until, in her sixty-third year, she is diagnosed with breast cancer. This, she believes, will be her final August 7. Athena prepares herself to meet Jesus, unaware of the amazing miracle he has planned.
