After Ebet died, friends and family members told me various stories about their experiences with her, which were quite new to me. I realised there was even more to Ebet than I thought. It was if I had been living beside her for nearly 50 years, whereas others had seen/known her 'face to face'. What a revelation! This led to the idea of inviting friends and family to submit their remembrances for inclusion in a book of Ebet's life. And friendship to her was not superficial or simply a matter of friendly acquaintance.
