About The Author
Igor Ralph M. Masloff Jr. III is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of the Cordilleras in Baguio City, Philippines. Throughout his life, he has been active in community work, especially in sports and local events that require teamwork and planning.
As an engineer, he has worked with both the public and private sectors and has learned how strong communication, dedication, and integrity can move projects forward. He believes that confidence and courage can turn any dream into reality.
