These poems were written in the beginning of the twenty-first century. Right now, significant changes are taking place. The author therefore writes about coping with expectation, duty, and pleasure during our uncertain times, because living means adapting and evolving while being content. The world is unfolding beneath our eyes, which carries the weight of so many expectations . . . so, the author offers a perspective, in the hope that it will bring a joyous feeling to whoever reads these poems.
