This book shows how she managed her emotional and physical pains, appreciated everything good and bad, shared love, offered unconditional support and realized less is more. A book sharing her self-love and self-care journey. A book about her happiness, including those who contribute to the bits of sugar in her life. It's filled with poems expressing her physical, mental and spiritual growth. Sharing unique stories of becoming mindful, acting on what she needed instead of what she wanted, practicing before teaching, setting healthy boundaries, taking necessary breaks to protect her heart, promoting love and forgiveness; as she lives a content life full of gratitude and love for all.
