As I hearkened to the voice within, I began to drink from knowledge that could only come from the intoxication of wisdom, for knowledge without wisdom is nothing.

When reading this book, try to stay in touch with the fact or opinion - that the conscience is a judge allowing knowledge to go into combat with ignorance beating down cruelty with love. The lives of these people have been seeds sown in the fields of success against much adversity and thorns in their flesh.
