Written and illustrated by two international teachers, this is a book that inspires a passion for reading, a positive outlook on life, and of course, a love of dogs! Amora and Yalla are fun-loving pups who are stuck living in an apartment during a pandemic and the Doha summer heat. Due to their creativity and positive outlook, they always find adventures. In this story, A Flighted Friend, Amora comes across a little friend who is also stuck. With the pictures helping to tell the story, children (big and little) will love to read this story! What lesson does Amora learn in this story? Let's read the book and find out. The couple started writing picture books during the global pandemic of 2020. Being inside with their dogs gave them great inspiration to write and illustrate stories to lift spirits and share moments that can help us all be our best selves. There are more books in this series coming soon, so have a look for more adventures with Amora & Yalla. Follow the dogs on social media @AmoraAndYalla and www.AmoraAndYalla.com.
