Eight Trios for Violin have been made for students to help them perform as a group, practice chamber music together and to develop listening to each other. The trios help students to learn new technical skills like the 3/4-time, the jumping bow, double-stops, trills, glissandos, pizzicati, string crossings, and the ricochet.
All the music in the series is easily learnable with the help of simplified piano parts, Youtube play-along videos on the Violin Friends Youtube channel, and mp3 backing tracks on SoundCloud and the Violin Friends homepage www.violinfriends.com.
