And of course, I share my own personal story and how I managed to garner the strength and confidence to not only leave the relationship, but to take my first steps towards healing and recovery. I am no longer afraid to accept my past and the lessons it has taught me. I also better understand the role I played as an empath. So I am now moving forward with my life and exploring my dreams from a place of experience, strength and a renewed spiritual awakening.
