The first story is about fire, who can be a mischievous boy, he is hired at Neptune circus as a performer for the afternoon. Fire in his matching red outfit and long red hair, he trills the children and adults too. Only to almost burn down the entire circus, due to his curiosity, in finding his cousin Almond. Fire is put out by his element friend Water, which made him feel and look small.
In the second story in this book the 'Four Elements and Their Friends' Water & C- Dragon fly, meets. Water wakes from a dream about returning to the heavens. She sighs as she thinks about the change of the climate and how her leaving would have to be kept a secrete for as long as possible from her friends. she was unaware that C - Dragon fly had made a dangerous pledge, to assist her with the climate changes that is taking place, the lacking of water and risks his life in trying to hear from her own mouth, Fortunately Wind, Waters friend was able to assist C-Dragon fly before he came totally unconscious
