The inspiration to this 20-years-on-the-trail anniversary collection of poetry and essays began high in the Himalaya Mountains in 1997 and guides the reader through four continents and fifty countries. It is an honest account of the writer's emotions exploring his way through manhood. These writings encompass all human feelings from spirituality, peace, harmony, searching for one's path, love and loss of it, to the other end of the spectrum of anger, hate, angst and the stark realization of the disaster of humanity. Joseph P. Marasia writes as a social observer without self censorship with the belief that people need to know their history in order to build a sustainable future. These collected works of poems and social essays are meant for the reader to ponder, analyze, laugh and cry about our civilization. It is a celebration of the diversity of human-mankind.
