Every baby is conceived in love, God's love. First Moments, Pregnancy Prayers and Ponderings is a Christian living devotional style book that takes family members on a prayer journey that enlightens what is taking place in the shadows of the womb. God's presence with the unborn is a vital truth that makes life in the womb precious. Prayers lay the groundwork for a healthy spiritual life and begin in the womb just as they do for physical health. These prayers can lay a firm spiritual foundation for the baby's future, including prayers for the relationship of the baby to The Creator.
Just as we grow physical capabilities in the womb and beyond, we also grow spiritually. Those who pray for the unborn can use the information from the pregnancy calendar to pray for the physical health of the baby and take it to the next step to pray for their spiritual growth.
