Twelve intense years, filled with events, people, and facts; a variety of facts, but also thoughts, detours within the mind's depths, and situations that occurred. Almost brooding... yes, brooding might be the word I'm looking for to introduce you to this collection of poems, but not only that, in fact! Here you can now read some of my scattered thoughts where philosophy, sociology and morality mix, hoping to reach some conclusion. This one will come or it won't, I've found profit even just writing them, so my business has already achieved a purpose. Can I say I'm satisfied? Never. ABOUT THE AUTHOR OF THIS BOOK: Giovanni Franceschelli, founder of Giovanni Franceschelli Creative Lab (GFCreativeLab) and its current multifaceted leader, has been passionate about games, music, literature, and theater since a young age. His first project involved the digitization of board games, starting with one he invented himself, Major Push. The release of this game was somewhat fraught, but it achieved considerable success, considering the genre's relatively unfamiliar nature. At this point, without knowing anyone, Giovanni approached an innovative Florentine HR company that uses gaming tools for personnel management, and from there he launched the line of in-house products he continues to develop. Participating in numerous industry events, he realized the need to meet the needs of multiple user types, and so he decided to invest in the creation of new works, recruiting young professionals from across Italy in various artistic and non-artistic fields, eager to challenge themselves and learn new skills through experimentation, as one does in a laboratory. Subsequently, a private high school offered to cover a year of science subjects using gamification techniques where possible. This experiment led to participation in a European project, which also involved several successful public schools. He currently teaches several courses on game design, storytelling, and software management in various forms, both in-person at professional academies and in dedicated online courses. In addition to the aforementioned Major Push, other games have been released to date, including the psychological horror video game Fear of the Darkness, two books of hermetic and experimental poetry, a manual for dedications and more emotional writing, a gamebook where you play as a mutant chicken, and an instrumental music album. Much more is in the works in the coming months. In the literary field, he also has numerous collaborations of various kinds with other authors and publishing houses, from simple revisions of a text to the development of editorial projects. Giovanni aims to go beyond classic games, the ones you simply enjoy, exploring areas such as personnel management (business games, team building, conflict resolution, personnel selection), psychology, teaching, education, medicine, and who knows how many other fields he hasn't yet explored could be included! In short, the goal is to create a new idea of art, and more.
