You do not need to read all 100 lessons at once. Read one. Think about it. Look at your own life. Then decide what you can do differently.
Because knowing a lesson is not enough.
A lesson becomes valuable only when it changes a decision, a habit or the way you see your life.
You will not agree with every lesson, and you do not have to. Take the ideas that speak to you. Return to the chapters you need at different stages of your life. A lesson that feels ordinary today may become deeply meaningful years from now.
