In 2012 Sam Livermore started leaving notes for strangers in the hospital while she was there for treatment of her chronic illness. Notes turned into letters in envelopes inviting people to open them. After a pivotal moment of realising she was writing the letters to herself, friends joined in and started to leave them in the local area. This grew into a bigger movement, Share The Love that now goes to events and festivals and invites people to write a letter for a stranger. This book is a collection of some of those letters written in the last few years. Share The Love has grown into a movement that has a bigger mission to support the homeless in various ways.

As a positive song lyricist this book is true to my heart as I wrote my first solo album in 2015 called 'The Love Energy' which is similar to this outstanding book. It reminds me that humanity is loving, kind and compassionate and in our ever-challenging world is an absolute blessing. We need more books like this - smart, motivational and uplifting! If you don't believe in yourself at the start of this book be ready to open your heart, feel uplifted and gain more self love by the end of it. If more people on the planet got to read this book the conscious energy would change by more people loving themselves and each other, and it would be a better more peaceful place to live.

I absolutely LOVE everything about Sam and this book! Her message and leaving random letters for total strangers reminds me of a quote I once read, 'strangers are friends we are yet to meet'. This is such a simple idea, yet one of the most caring random acts kindnesses we could do for others. Which makes total sense, because this is what Sam is all about! Love kindness and compassion. The first time I met Sam and we hugged it out I felt like I had known her all my life. She was warm, smiley, radiant and affectionate. Exactly how this book make you feel as you turn the pages and read each love letter. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone, it will warm your heart and remind you of how beautiful you are.
