this is vol. 5 of my new series PTSD Coping Skills using poetry and short stories but using some of my older work from a earlier time. I would say around 2019. I had to do this to change the title, which was something I didn't want to do. Anyway, the purpose is the same, to deal with my Acute PTSD on a daily basis. I also hope it will help other with PTSD to deal with their demons a s well. I also want to educate others dealing with loved ones with PTSD on what may be going through their heads as well.
