This reprint is in excellent condition.

Profusely illustrated (black-and-white) by John R. Neill. Center top edge rear board bumped, else boards unmarked and spine titles fully legible with no fading. Pictorial cover has small scratch (1/8 ) on bottom left, else fine. This is a first edition, later printing, post 1935 (when color plates were abandoned in favor of black and white illustration) with all points as noted by Hanff and Greene: Portrait of Dorothy follows ownership leaf, original half-title picture of elephant is at the end of the book.
