Damp stain appears on top edge text block, visible on top 1/2" of pg throughout block. Otherwise interior clean with occasional finger smudge, esp end papers. Boards and spine dust soiled. Cloth frayed on corners and spine ends. Corners lightly bumped. Front hinge loose but binding intact. Previous owners name on front free end paper in pencil. 4" tear on bottom of pg 125. An interesting document of mining history.
