Oblong 4to, 72pgs. The story of eight waterfalls found in Saint Paul & Minneapolis, descendants of the late, great River Warren Falls, and the only waterfalls along the entire Mississippi River. This is number 121 of a LIMITED EDITION of 200 copies printed letter-press with a fold out map, full bound in custom brown cloth covered boards with gilt titling, and housed in a gorgeous slipcase. Signed by both the author and the artist, Gaylord Schanilec, of whom 10 original wood blocks illustrate the book. In laid are a promotional brochure, a letter from the publisher signed by Fred, and a personal penciled letter also signed by Fred, author and publisher. This beautiful creation is in as new condition.
