ILLUS BY E. MCKNIGHT KAUFFER. London, 1925, sm 4to. 2 volumes beautifully bound in full green leather with heavy gilt decoration and marbled endpapers. Gilt tooling along board edges, raised bands, maroon title lables, deckle edges. All gilt bright and clean. Text is decorated throughout with with numerous cuts. Clean and solid. Some minor scuffing appears in spots on leather from shelfwear. Previous owners name plates on front paste down of both vols. Original spine and cover paper are tipped in at end of text.
