Sm8vo, 209pgs + advertisements. Full bound in flexible pale red cloth covers with gilt titling on spine. Frontispiece is a hand colored fold-out map, clean with a couple of closed tears at margins near hinge. All 29 maps are present and in excellent condition. Spine and front cover is sun faded with light soiling, spine ends are worn with some chips and gilt is dulled. Front hinge is worn but not cracked. There is a very small pen point puncture starting at frontispiece and running through p.43. Rear endpapers have pencil written notes on them. Overall the book is in fantastic condition considering the age.Photos on request.
